- In May 2017, TechnipFMC was one of three companies blamed for poor workplace management that led to the collision of two cranes in a shipyard in Korea, an accident that killed six people and injured 25 others.
- In May 2020, a worksite managed by TechnipFMC involved an incident where a worker suffered a crushing injury during a pipelaying operation. The worker had to be airlifted to the hospital for emergency medical care.
