Biography

At Arnold & Itkin, Trevor’s legal practice primarily encompasses catastrophic personal injury, maritime and offshore cases, premises liability, and wrongful death. He has represented clients affected by plant explosions, drilling rig accidents on both land and the Gulf of Mexico, severe burn injuries, drowning incidents, wrongful deaths, medical malpractice, and workplace injuries. Trevor is dedicated to vigorously advocating for his clients.

Trevor is from Mandeville, Louisiana, and completed his high school education at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. He went on to play collegiate baseball and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration. He then obtained his law degree, graduating Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law-Houston.

Since joining Arnold & Itkin, Trevor has received several accolades for his work. He was named a Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers and was part of the trial team that secured a Top 10 Verdict in Texas in 2023 and a Top 50 Verdict in Texas in 2022 as lead trial counsel. Trevor has also contributed to trial teams that achieved some of the largest settlements in Texas history, including a $154 million settlement for a plant explosion, a $34.35 million settlement for a trucking incident in Florida, a $32 million settlement for a crane collapse in Texas, a $13.45 million settlement for an injured railroad employee, and an $8 million settlement for the family of a child lost in a Houston drowning incident.

Outside of his professional life, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife, Elly, and their two daughters, Hadley and Sloane. His hobbies include playing golf, watching college football, and horseback riding.

Massive Verdict Won Against Union Pacific
