Attorney Tara Arnold
Having graduated high school as valedictorian and first in her class summa cum laude in college, Tara Arnold has always had an unwavering commitment to success. At Arnold & Itkin, she applies this quality toward fighting toward the best results for clients.
She went on to graduate magna cum laude at Tulane Law School in Louisiana as a member of the Order of the Coif, the top 10% of her class. Alongside her exceptional record at Tulane, she competed on the school's national moot court appellate team and became a practicing student attorney at the Tulane Civil Law Clinic during her third year.
At a young age, Tara knew she wanted to be a lawyer. Growing up in Sabine Parish, Louisiana, Tara was inspired by her mother's advocacy on behalf of victims of crime, as well as her experiences while working at a local personal injury law firm. After law school, she worked in the Houston office of a prominent New York law firm that specialized in mergers and acquisitions. There, she represented buyers, sellers, and investment banks on high-stakes business deals, including numerous oil and gas industry transactions.
At Arnold & Itkin, Tara's experience in contract and business law assists the firm in its commercial and business cases, as well as in-house business matters. Her passion for helping others continues. Having grown up with several family members working offshore, Tara considers the safety and rights of offshore workers extremely important. She works passionately to help victims of offshore injury, and she is proud to be part of a firm that matches her passion in its tireless efforts to prioritize its clients and protect their rights. Tara knows that Arnold & Itkin is the last line of hope for clients, and she relentlessly stands up to any challenge to make sure they get the help they deserve.
Tara lives with her husband Kurt in Houston, where she is an active member of the community and a member of the Board of Directors for the Saint Paul's Methodist Church Foundation.
