Tripp Daleo's Headshot

"I believe that preparation and hard work win cases. At Arnold & Itkin, we take pride in outworking the opposition and refusing to back down from a challenge, because our clients deserve our absolute best. No matter what."

Biography

Tripp Daleo grew up in Beaumont, Texas, where years of working in the service industry taught him early what it means to work hard, show up prepared, and take responsibility for the people counting on you. Those lessons followed him into the courtroom, where he now fights for people and families whose lives have been upended by catastrophic injuries.

Tripp studied economics at Texas A&M University before going on to South Texas College of Law Houston, where he became a standout on the school’s nationally ranked mock trial and moot court teams. He ultimately served as an officer on the Board of Advocates, cementing a passion for courtroom advocacy that had been building since day one of law school.

While earning his degree, Tripp gained practical experience on two fronts. He clerked for a Harris County District Court judge, giving him an inside look at how the judicial process works from the bench. At the same time, he worked at Arnold & Itkin LLP, where he trained alongside some of the nation’s leading trial attorneys, an experience that made clear exactly where he wanted to take his career and who he wanted to fight for.

Today, Tripp represents clients in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, taking on powerful corporations and insurers who have the resources to drag out a fight. His approach is straightforward: prepare more than the other side, refuse to back down, and never lose sight of what’s at stake for the people he represents.

When he’s not working, Tripp enjoys college football, getting outdoors, and hunting down new restaurants around Houston.
