“‘A todo dar el cien’, meaning 100% all the time, is a phrase that has inspired me throughout my life. When we stand together to fight for your justice, that is exactly what you deserve.”
Biography
Emmanual (Manny) Morga’s path to law was shaped by hard work from the very beginning. Growing up in El Paso, Texas, and Las Vegas, Nevada, he spent late nights alongside his father cleaning office buildings and helping maintain apartment complexes. Those early lessons in dedication and responsibility became the foundation of the work ethic he brings to every case today.
Manny’s credentials reflect a career built on rigorous training and academic achievement. A Baylor Law School graduate, he earned membership in the Order of the Barristers and took the Top Ten Speaker Award at the Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition. As an undergraduate, he was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society and has since been published on the subject of judicial ethics. He continues to give back to the legal community by co-authoring CLE papers and presenting at seminars on emerging areas of the law.
An experienced trial lawyer, Manny has managed a diverse docket and secured verdicts as first chair. His background as an insurance defense attorney gives him a distinct advantage in understanding how the other side builds its case. He is fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written, which allows him to serve a wider range of clients and ensure that language is never a barrier to obtaining justice.
Service beyond the courtroom is central to who Manny is. His pro bono work has included contributions to the Immigration and Naturalization Clinic, the Innocence Project of Texas, and the Boy Scouts of America. He is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah, along with several federal courts.
Outside of work, Manny channels that same competitive drive into triathlon training. Above all, he is motivated by his family, who remain the foundation of everything he does.
