Representing Injured Jones Act Seaman from Louisiana

On the day of the incident, our client was working on the defendant’s vessel, when suddenly, due to the defendant’s unsafe practices, a heavy piece of equipment fell on him. As a result, our client sustained severe injuries to his body, including a broken arm.
