Case Filed Against BP After Offshore Worker Slips on Muddy Ladder

Arnold & Itkin attorneys have filed suit in Harris County, Texas against BP on behalf of an offshore worker who suffered serious injuries while working on one of the company's platforms. Our client was using a ladder on the platform when he slipped because the ladder was covered in mud and lacked the nonskid protection that offshore equipment is supposed to have.
