Case Filed for Worker Who Suffered Severe Burns Due to Bad Electrical Work

Arnold & Itkin filed suit on behalf of a contractor severely burned in a fire at the John Bludworth shipyard in Corpus Christi, Texas. An electrical box that had previously had problems caught fire again and burned the worker over several parts of his body and required a lengthy hospital stay. Burn injuries are some of the costliest injuries any person can suffer. Between weeks of hospitalization, multiple medical specialists, and around-the-clock care, burn victims can find themselves facing hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical costs.

Arnold & Itkin is looking forward to helping the worker recover what he's lost and hold the negligent parties responsible for their shoddy electrical work. By shining a light on poor workmanship, we hope to make the shipyard safer for everyone, preventing what happened to our client from happening to anyone else.

The case was filed in Nueces County, Texas.
