Case Filed for Arkansas Seaman Hurt by Defective Equipment
Posted on
Arnold & Itkin recently filed suit on behalf of an Arkansas seaman severely injured by defective towing equipment. Like all employers, the people who are in charge of maintaining his vessel and ensuring a safe work site should be found responsible for his injuries. Defective equipment often doesn’t fail overnight—behind every failed piece of equipment is a history of neglected maintenance. Our team is intent on discovering that history and bringing it to light.
While our client made every effort to work with the equipment he had to do his job, the parties responsible haven’t lived up to their end of the bargain and refuse to offer fair compensation for his injuries. Our client was a dutiful employee—and like any employee who is injured on the job, he deserves financial support for his medical care, lost wages, and other losses.
Arnold & Itkin is proud to represent this man and work towards getting him the justice he deserves. Our team plans on fighting tirelessly until he gets every penny of the compensation he needs to move forward and recover. Just as importantly, we hope to hold the defendant accountable in order to prevent this issue from ever occurring to another worker.
The case was filed in Harris County, Texas.
