Injured Jones Act Seaman Comes to Arnold & Itkin for Representation

Arnold & Itkin Attorneys Kurt Arnold, and Kyle Findley filed suit on behalf of a Jones Act seaman who was injured aboard the American Phoenix, a self-described Jones Act tanker. The plaintiff suffered injury when a drill twisted and broke his hand. He required surgery and the implementation of pins and screws in his hand.

When he reached out to our firm, we moved quickly to build a case on his behalf. At Arnold & Itkin, our offshore injury lawyers have handled a wide range of cases and were more than equipped to represent the injured seaman in his legal matters. We were honored to take on his claim and move forward in filing a case against the negligent party/parties involved. The case was filed in Jefferson County, Texas and is currently still pending. Our team remains ready to fiercely and zealously advocate on his behalf, both in and out of the courtroom.
