Jones Act Suit Filed on Behalf of Injured Worker

This victim claims that he the barge he was working on was being pushed into pork at Corpus Christi and he was standing on it at the time the captain pushed the barge directly into a stationary object. The impact of this collision resulted in the tankerman incurring severe knee injuries that required him to undergo surgery. His case was filed in Nueces County, Texas.
