Arnold & Itkin has filed a Jones Act case on behalf of a seaman from Patterson, Louisiana. The case was filed in federal court in New Orleans against the seaman's employer by our maritime injury lawyers. Our firm is fully equipped to handle matters in federal court and is prepared to relentlessly advocate for our client in this case.
The injured seaman was working on a supply boat when he slipped and fell in the galley, hit a chair on his way down. Due to this collision, he suffered several broken ribs and injuries to his lower back. When he sought our firm's counsel for his case, we quickly jumped on to file a suit on his behalf. Arnold & Itkin is dedicated to representing offshore workers who have endured injuries while on the job, which is why we are extremely honored to help another seaman get the fair compensation he deserves for his pain and suffering.
