Arnold & Itkin LLP's team of personal injury attorneys are making preparations to prosecute a case that has been filed in the District Court for Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. The case involves a seaman who was working on a tug boat off of the coast of Panama City, Florida. During his shift, a heavy piece of industrial equipment crushed his hand, causing severe injuries which have thus far required multiple surgeries.
Injury attorneys Jason Itkin, Cory Itkin and Noah Wexler are heading up the case, which will seek to claim damages for the plaintiff's injuries, medical expenses thus far and future predicted medical costs. The case will also demand compensation for the injury victim's losses incurred by his inability to use his hand to work for income and perform normal day-to-day activities while he recovers. Arnold & Itkin LLP is proud to represent this individual as he faces those responsible for the damages and is preparing to present a strong case on his behalf.
