Biography
Taylor Fox grew up in Alpine, Utah, where athletics shaped his competitive spirit from an early age. As a year-round athlete and team captain, he went on to compete in track and field at Weber State University, excelling in the long jump and short sprints. Those years taught him discipline, focus, and the value of teamwork—qualities that now define his approach to the courtroom.
After graduation, Taylor built a successful career in sales before following a deeper calling to law and business growth. He earned a joint JD/MBA from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and Marriott School of Business, where he served as Director of Legal Affairs for BYU’s Cougar Capital. In that role, he advised on venture investments and helped manage the legal side of startup funding. He also proved himself in multiple mock-trial competitions, advancing to the finals in each one and discovering his passion for trial advocacy.
Through BYU’s traveling trial-advocacy seminar, Taylor spent time across Texas and found a community that felt like home. Today, he proudly represents clients at Arnold & Itkin, combining his business insight and competitive drive to guide people through some of the most challenging maritime and offshore accidents in the country. His goal in every case is simple: make sure each client feels heard, supported, and fiercely represented.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys life in Houston with his wife and three kids, exploring local restaurants and entertainment—and fitting in a round of golf whenever he can.
