Lawsuit Filed Against Ingram Barge Company

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, Kala Sellers, and Adam Lewis recently filed a lawsuit against Ingram Barge Company on behalf of a young Jones Act seaman who was seriously injured. Our client was injured aboard Ingram’s vessel, the M/V Martha Lynn, while being forced to work in unsafe conditions carrying dangerous amounts of weight. To compound matters, the client’s injuries were developed in the course of an excessive workload, which Ingram required after encountering company cutbacks that reduced the amount of workers while demanding the same amount of workload.

This incident directly shows how companies, such as those like Ingram, put business ahead of the safety of their crews. We at Arnold & Itkin have a proven track record of holding these companies responsible, and we look forward to doing that for their client in this case.
