Lawsuit Filed for Injured Seaman in Louisiana

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, Kala Sellers, and Adam Lewis filed a lawsuit today in East Baton Rouge Parish, LA against Crowley Marine Services, Inc. on behalf of a Jones Act seaman who was seriously injured aboard the ATB Legacy. Our client was required to perform job duties by himself, including the dangerous lifts that lead to his injuries. To compound matters, our client was not provided timely medical treatment; in fact, he was required to continue working on the vessel after the original accident, causing additional injury.

At Arnold & Itkin, our legal team has established themselves as industry leaders in holding Jones Act employers liable for causing injury to their employees. We will fight vigorously for their client in this case and look forward to pursuing justice on his behalf. To learn more about our recent cases, check out our firm news here!
