Arnold & Itkin Takes Legal Action for Injured Tow Boat Worker

The maritime injury lawyers at our firm have taken on a lawsuit for a Horn Lake tow boat worker who suffered serious injuries in a platform collapse incident. While working aboard the boat on the Mississippi River, he was helping tie the vessel to a port. At this time, the platform he was standing on unexpectedly broke loose and fell. The seaman ended up sustaining major injuries as a result, requiring extensive medical care and treatment. He will also need medical services in the future.

Arnold & Itkin listened to our client’s case and quickly got to work filing a suit against Yazoo River Company, Inc. and IC Railmarine Towing Company in St. James Parish, Louisiana. Our team is proud to provide legal representation to the injured man as he pursues full financial and physical recovery.
