The offshore injury attorneys at Arnold & Itkin filed a lawsuit on behalf on a Louisiana resident who was injured while working on a drill ship. The plaintiff suffered severe injuries to his wrist after being instructed to repair an oxygen line on the drill ship using the wrong equipment and parts. As a result of the injuries, the plaintiff has had multiple surgeries and has been unable to return to work.
The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff's employer, Noble Drilling Services, Inc., failed to provide the worker with adequate safety equipment and medical treatment. The injured worker is seeking compensation for accrued medical bills and lost past and future earnings.
The case was filed in the District Court of Harris County, Texas.
Attorneys Jason Itkin, Cory Itkin, Noah Wexler and Kelly Woods are representing the injured offshore worker. As a team, Arnold & Itkin's maritime attorneys have represented hundreds of offshore workers, obtaining over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements for its clients.
