Unanimous Jury Verdict of $4.9 Million Secured

The plaintiff was working on the rig when he was abruptly lifted over twenty feet into the air; his fail safety protection did not function properly and as a result, he suffered serious injuries to his left arm and his back.
A case was recently filed against Diamond Offshore in the 157th District Court for Harris County, TX in front of Judge Wilson. Total, the trial lasted over a week and a half; however, when it was done, the invested time as well worth it as the jury returned with a unanimous verdict of $4,900,000 for the injured plaintiff.
