What Does It Cost?

The nice thing about working with Arnold and Itkin is that we work on a contingency fee. That means it doesn't cost you a dime unless we win. We like to view ourselves as partners with our clients and their case.

In a typical case we advance all of the expenses. This means that we help you obtain the medical treatment you need to recover. We also cover doctor's bills when your employer won't. We get the experts; we spend all the money. If there is no recovery, we eat it the loss. If we are successful, which we typically are, we get a percentage of the gross recovery that essentially covers the expenses we covered prior to winning your case.
