My name is Kurt Arnold and I am the founding partner of Arnold and Itkin. I, along with Jason Itkin my law partner, left a successful litigation boutique in Houston, Texas and we founded Arnold and Itkin in August of 2004. We started with just the two of us and one assistant, and over the course of years we have been fortunate to have a lot of success.
At first, I wanted to be lawyer when I saw another lawyer who was kind of the underdog in a big fight. I liked history and I liked politics and law was always interesting to me, so I went to law school. I really enjoyed it. I decided I wanted to be a trial lawyer because there is nothing cooler in this world than representing somebody who feels like they have no hope or someone who feels like everybody is working against them.
We have represented hundreds and thousands of individuals all over the Gulf Coast and the United States. The thing that really sets us apart is not only just our lawyers but our staff. We hire people that are extremely bright and motivated. We have a particularly young group of associates at our firm, and everyone is eager to excel. We can be aggressive in the court room, and we are smart; but we also understand what you're going through and that's important. We are honest with our clients, we get them the best results, and we give them the best results in the shortest amount of time. We are big enough that we have the resources to handle almost any type of case, but we are still small enough that everybody is very close. Everybody has personal attention. I think people need to come to us because you need somebody who is going to be honest with yo; somebody who you trust; somebody who is going to take care of you; somebody who is going to tell you when the good is good and somebody who is going to tell you the bad when its bad. Certainly we put a lot of our own personal resources in to ensuring that your case is presented in the best light, and I think that's why people keep coming back to us.
