Arnold & Itkin LLP Files Injury Case After Offshore Accident

Kurt Arnold and Paul Skrabanek of Arnold & Itkin LLP have filed a lawsuit in the Galveston County Court on behalf of an injured offshore worker who sustained a serious injury to his foot while at his jobsite. The injury occurred as a block weighing 67 pounds fell approximately 80 feet, crushing the foot of the Jones Act seaman. Consequently, the injured worker has undergone many surgical procedures to his foot and is beginning the rehabilitation process. There are no current reports as to whether he will be able to use his foot in the future.

When a person suffers a serious injury at their jobsite, such as on an offshore jack-up rig or oil platform, they must seek the legal help of an offshore injury lawyer. At Arnold & Itkin LLP, the team has recovered over hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of injury victims throughout the nation, and they are ready to help you through your most difficult matters as well.
