Suit Filed on Behalf of Seaman with Back Injuries

The legal team of Kurt Arnold, Paul Skrabanek and Kyle Findley recently filed suit against Ensco Inc. and Ensco Offshore following an incident in which their client, plaintiff (initials R.M.) suffered serious injuries. The Jones Act seaman had been working on a jack up rig off the coast of Louisiana when he sustained severe back injuries. These were severe enough that he was forced to sustain extensive treatment to help with the healing process.
