Suit Filed on Behalf of Jones Act Seaman Against America Electric Power, Inc.

In Galveston County, TX the legal team of Mike Pierce and Noah Wexler are currently working to file suit on behalf of an injured seaman. The plaintiff, a Jones Act Seaman, was employed upon the Paul Spreigel at the time of the incident. This is a tug boat both owned and operated by America Electric Power, Inc. (along with its subsidiaries and affiliates). The plaintiff suffered catastrophic injuries to his jaw and back, when it was demonstrated that the tugboat was hardly seaworthy. It is also being argued that the injuries are a direct result of the negligence of the defendants.
