Attorney Noah Wexler

Licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas, Attorney Noah Wexler is admitted for practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. As a native of Houston, Texas, Noah has spent nearly his entire life in the state. He was proud to attend the University of Texas where he received an undergraduate degree in Economics. Upon graduation, he went on to attend the South Texas College of Law where he graduated cum laude with his law degree.

His time spent as a student was commendable and resulted in several accolades and recognitions. For example, Noah served as an assistant editor for the South Texas Law Review and served on the South Texas Corporate Counsel Review. During his educational years, Noah also worked as a judicial clerk to the Harris County's 11th District Court where he gained considerable insight which he utilizes in his litigation practice.

With his law degree in hand, Noah accepted a place within a pharmaceutical litigation firm in Texas, dealing with complex and large cases that involved serious injuries to consumers and wrongful deaths. By dealing with these highly complex cases, he was able to gain a full-bodied understanding of the law, and the profound impact that these cases can have on the lives of the injured, as well as the dedication and work that is required to obtain a successful outcome.

In the spring of 2010, Noah joined Arnold & Itkin. Since joining the firm, he has continued to display an unrelenting commitment and dedication to his clients which has resulted in a growing number successful settlements and verdicts. He understands how daunting it can be to deal with the personal injury claim process and he has been proud to represent clients in cases including offshore personal injury claims, pharmacuetical failure to warn and product liabilty claims, and other catastrophic injuries claims.

When dealing with something of this nature, it is important that clients receive the compassionate and supportive guidance of a heavyweight - they can be confident knowing that they will receive this comprehensive and dynamic assistance should they choose to work with Noah and the lawyers and staff at Arnold & Itkin.

By maintaining a consistent dedication to his clients, he fights to defend their legal rights. He is also a proud member of several associations, including the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, the American Association for Justice and the Houston Bar Association.

Noah's Verdicts & Settlements

Supply Vessel Captains Receive $3.5 Million Settlement

Attorney's Kurt Arnold & Noah Wexler obtained a $3,500,000.00 settlement on behalf of two supply vessel captains who were violently assaulted while working off the coast of Nigeria. Due to inadequate security measures, engine malfunctions and other negligent acts and omissions of their employers their vessel was prone to boarding and attack by armed assailants. The area in which they were required to operate was known to be at high risk for boarding, attacks and kidnappings yet their employer, and the company to which they were contracted, failed to take adequate measures to ensure their security and safety. As a result of the attacks one captain suffered facial fractures requiring surgery and the other suffered arm, back and neck injuries which will likely require surgery. Both individuals now suffer from post traumatic stress disorder as a result of the incident. Arnold & Itkin was proud to assist these two seamen to ensure they received the medical treatment they required and the compensation they deserved.

Attorney's fees and expenses totaled $1,529,735.70.
