New Jersey Offshore Injury Lawyer

Working with a New Jersey offshore injury lawyer is a wise choice if you are a maritime worker who has been injured, or if you have lost a loved one as the result of an offshore accident. Maritime workers have specific rights when it comes to accidents, injuries and illnesses that are related to their jobs. The Jones Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Death on the High Seas Act and other maritime laws outline specific benefits and legal rights for these workers and their families. A competent attorney can ensure one's rights under applicable maritime laws are fully protected.

At the offshore injury law firm of Arnold & Itkin LLP we are dedicated to representing injured seamen and their families in these important maritime injury claims. We have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients and are prepared to see how we can best assist you. With the help of one of our skilled maritime injury lawyers, you may be able to recover financial compensation for medical care, lost earnings and even living expenses while you are injured. Our primary goal is to recover the highest amount of compensation possible, as we know this will make rebuilding and moving on with your life a much easier task to undertake.
