California Offshore Injury Attorney
Handling Jones Act and Other Maritime Law Matters
As a harbor worker, longshoreman, seaman or other maritime worker, you have certain legal rights. If you are injured while at sea or in any capacity related to your job, you may be entitled to benefits. A California offshore injury attorney may play an important role in helping you to recover fair financial compensation for your injuries, including for medical care, lost earnings and possibly more. Though you may be entitled to these benefits, you may find it difficult to recover compensation in a reasonable amount of time and that will fully cover your injuries. A lawyer who is experienced in handling Jones Act and other maritime injury claims in California can handle your case in order to properly protect your right to benefits.
The federal laws pertaining to maritime workers can be complex, and that is where our experience and knowledge comes into play. At Arnold & Itkin LLP our legal team has represented injured seamen in a wide variety of offshore accident and injury claims. We have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements and are ready to see how we can assist you in recovering the money you rightfully deserve.
